H.E. Nguyen Minh Vu, Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Cambodia, pays homage here this afternoon to late H.E. Neak Oknha Oudom Metreivisidh Hun San, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport and the eldest brother of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Acting Head of State of Cambodia, who passed away on Mar. 28, at the age of 78 due to illness.
