King Norodom Sihamoni Expresses Gratitude to King Charles III for Message of Support During Illness

His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath Norodom Sihamoni, King of Cambodia, has expressed his sincere appreciation to His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for the message of support and encouragement sent upon learning of His Majesty’s recent illness.
In a royal message dated June 20 and addressed to King Charles III, His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni said he was deeply touched by the thoughtful gesture and conveyed heartfelt gratitude for the concern and goodwill extended by the British monarch.
“Your Majesty's kindest message of encouragement, together with the healing wishes conveyed by Her Majesty the Queen, has brought me great comfort and solace throughout my treatment and recovery,” he wrote.
The Cambodian monarch also extended his warm wishes to Their Majesties for continued good health, happiness, and well-being.
Recently, His Majesty King of Cambodia has extended warm congratulations and best wishes to His Majesty King Charles III on the occasion of his Official Birthday Anniversary and the National Day of the United Kingdom.
In the message, he also highlighted the friendly relations and good cooperation between Cambodia and the United Kingdom. “I greatly value the cordial relations and fruitful cooperation between our two Kingdoms and remain confident that our friendship and cooperation will continue to flourish in the years to come,” he underlined.
