AKP Kandal, September 16, 2026 —

The Cambodian delegation and legal team led by H.E. Prak Sokhonn (Front, Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in his capacity as Cambodia’s Agent, arrive this evening at Techo International Airport in Kandal province after attending the three-day meeting of the Conciliation Commission under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) between Cambodia and Thailand in Singapore.
