Abhisantibindit Sar Sokha (Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior of Cambodia, delivers remarks at the High-Level Session on “Online Scams as a Global Emergency,” following the opening ceremony of the International Conference on Combating Online Scams (ICCOS-2026), being hosted by the Kingdom of Cambodia in Phnom Penh capital city this morning.
