H.E. Neth Pheaktra (Pic. 1), Minister of Information and Chairman of the Sub-Commission on Information and Publicity, delivers a presentation to heads of delegations from various countries on preparations for media coverage and publicity for the 20th Francophonie Summit, which Cambodia will host from Nov. 14 to 16, 2026, in Phnom Penh.

H.E. Dr. Ing Kantha Phavi (Pic. 2), Minister of Women’s Affairs and Head of the 5th Sub-Commission, was also present at the presentation, at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel this morning.
